Susan Cashion
Sales
Susan Cashion is the President of Growth Wise Consulting and a Fractional Chief Revenue Officer who helps companies at every stage of growth fix underperforming sales functions and build scalable, repeatable revenue engines.
She partners with small to mid-sized B2B companies, well-funded startups, and growth-oriented organizations to design sales go-to-market strategies, define what success looks like, and align people, process, and culture to drive long-term value creation. Susan is known for leading companies from “good to great” by bringing clarity, structure, and accountability to sales organizations that are stuck, scaling, or preparing for what’s next.
As a licensed Sales Consultant with SalesXceleration, the global leader in sales consulting, Susan implements a proven Sales Operating System that consistently delivers results—averaging 32% year-over-year growth in the first year. Her work spans building sales infrastructure from the ground up, leading turnaround initiatives to reverse stagnant or declining revenue, and preparing companies for exit by creating a duplicatable, repeatable sales model that clearly explains how success is created. This is exactly what prospective buyers and investors want to see.
Unlike traditional consultants who stop at recommendations and blueprints, Susan gets in and does the work. She uses a disciplined, data-driven process to diagnose what’s broken, create a clear statement of work, and execute alongside the leadership team to fix it. Her engagements often include managing the sales team on a fractional basis—freeing up the business owner to focus on strategy, operations, and growth—until the company is ready to hire a full-time leader. Susan then assists with hiring and onboarding her replacement, typically within 12–18 months.
Susan begins every engagement with a comprehensive Sales Assessment, a data-driven diagnostic that identifies gaps across sales strategy, process, structure, talent, and performance metrics. From there, she designs the growth plan, builds the tools and systems, develops the team, and delivers measurable results. Often referred to as the “voice of reason,” Susan brings strategic clarity, disciplined execution, and accountability to organizations that want more than incremental improvement. Her work helps founders and CEOs regain confidence in their revenue engine, build enterprise value, and create a business that can scale—with or without them.

David Krajanowski
Accountability
David is the Managing Director of Kraj Advisory LLC, where he helps owners and CEOs tackle the big decisions head-on: strategy, succession, governance, and growth. He works through three channels — serving on advisory boards, providing one-on-one founder counsel, and leading strategic projects — across industries including manufacturing, distribution, retail, aerospace and defense, food and beverage, professional services, engineering and environmental, and construction. If it involves building, making, or moving things, David has probably advised someone in that space.
What sets David apart is not just what he knows — it is how he shows up. He is known for his passion, his tireless energy, and a growth-focused intensity that clients feel from the first conversation. He does not deliver binders and disappear. He rolls up his sleeves, treats every client’s business like his own, and stays in the fight until the work moves the needle. His superpower is bringing an outside perspective that creates clarity without asking owners to give up control — helping them see what they are too close to see, holding the organization accountable, and driving value whether the end goal is keeping the business for the next generation or positioning it for a transaction.
